What the team is looking for.

ElevenLabs is looking for an experienced, driven Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across Belgium's largest enterprises. The ideal candidate has a well-established network and a proven track record of selling to C-level and senior decision-makers at major Belgian organizations.

The role involves acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, enabling clients to leverage ElevenLabs' industry-leading models and ElevenAgents to reimagine their customer experience, internal workflows, and monetization strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and managing a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts across Belgium
  • Identifying new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities can drive customer engagement and operational efficiency
  • Leading consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and developing compelling business cases
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape
  • Demonstrating expertise in conversational AI and how ElevenLabs' voice technology can unlock value
  • Developing and executing account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence within key enterprise verticals
  • Partnering closely with Customer Success, FDEs, and Solutions Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to clients, educating C-suite and senior operations leaders on emerging trends in generative AI

Requirements include:

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology
  • Proven success closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles
  • Well-connected in the Belgian enterprise landscape with an existing network of senior individuals
  • Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders
  • Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Belgium
  • Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment
  • Passion for voice and audio AI
  • Hybrid of customer & product-driven mentality prioritizing client satisfaction & scale
  • Native or full professional proficiency in Dutch; strong English for internal collaboration
