What the team is looking for.
As a Recruiting Coordinator at Cursor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring candidates have a welcoming experience throughout the hiring process. You'll be responsible for scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and maintaining clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full scheduling experience, including interview coordination, to ensure every candidate and interviewer is informed, prepared, and on time.
- Create a warm, human, and memorable candidate experience, adapting to different personalities and making everyone feel at home.
- Keep candidates and hiring teams updated throughout the process with timely, warm, and clear communication.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers to anticipate needs, solve problems in real-time, and keep the process moving.
- Maintain the accuracy and updates of the ATS (Ashby) to prevent anything from falling through the cracks.
- Continuously find and execute opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator, recruiting operations, or similar role in a fast-paced technical environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a proactive approach to solving inefficiencies.
- Ability to stay calm and focused while managing multiple moving pieces.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural warmth that puts people at ease.
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with Ashby is a plus.
