Job Description
Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
The Mission
At Replit, we move fast and value high agency. Your mission is to manage the complex logistics of our hiring process with precision and empathy. You will ensure that every talented candidate has a smooth, welcoming, and thoughtful experience from their first screen to their final offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones, coordinating between candidates and our Tech, GTM and G+A interview panels.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring they are prepared, informed, and excited about Replit throughout the process.
- Identify bottlenecks in the scheduling flow and leverage AI or automation to make our coordination more efficient.
- Manage the M/W/F in-office experience for candidates visiting our Foster City office, ensuring everything from room setup to transitions runs perfectly.
- Maintain impeccable data integrity within our systems, ensuring all candidate stages and feedback loops are up to date.
- Work hand-in-hand with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to prioritize urgent roles and provide real-time updates on pipeline health.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and interviewers to provide an efficient, strategic partnership throughout the hiring process.
- Take ownership of recruiting projects and autonomously identify ways to improve the overall candidate experience.
Who You Are
- 2–4 years of recruiting coordination or high-level administrative experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
- You can put yourself in the candidate's shoes and use that perspective to design interviews that feel considered and respectful.
- You can juggle many moving parts at once without dropping the ball. You live in your calendar and find joy in solving "scheduling puzzles."
- You don't wait for instructions. If a room is double-booked or an interviewer is late, you solve the problem before anyone else notices.
- You are a clear, warm, and professional communicator who can represent Replit's culture to everyone from interns to executive hires.
- You enjoy the "hunt" for the perfect time slot and don't get discouraged by shifting priorities.
- You are proficient in using AI tooling and comfortable managing autonomous agents to optimize scheduling, workflows, and candidate interactions. Or if you're not there yet, you are excited about the possibilities!
