We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to help us scale our team without compromising on experience. This is a high-velocity role at the heart of our hiring engine.

What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end candidate experience, making every interaction feel seamless, human, and high-touch.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across complex calendars, time zones, and competing priorities.
- Serve as a trusted partner to recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers.
- Operate independently in ambiguity and make judgment calls.
- Identify, initiate, and drive projects that improve and scale our recruiting processes.
- Manage logistics, administrative tasks, and ad-hoc recruiting support.
- Continuously look for ways to raise the bar on both the external candidate experience and the internal stakeholder experience.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and taking initiative.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with various ATSs (Ashby preferred).
