This is a hands-on, high trust role in a confidential technology environment, responsible for ensuring a safe workplace experience while maintaining discreet, professional security standards. You'll work closely with employees, cross-functional partners, building management, and external vendors, and will directly manage local security vendors and guard services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operationalizing the London office physical security program, including access control, visitor management, contractor access, incident response, and office security operations.
  • Managing security vendors and the contract guard force, including post orders, performance, coverage, KPIs / SLAs, and continuous improvement.
  • Partnering closely with Workplace / Facilities, HR, IT / InfoSec, Legal, EHS, GSOC, and office leadership to implement sensible, employee-friendly security controls.
  • Leading local incident response and follow-through, including documentation, after-action reviews, and corrective actions.
  • Supporting security planning for in-office events, leadership visits, and business travel into / out of London as needed.
  • Driving emergency preparedness, including evacuation / muster processes, tabletop exercises, and drills in coordination with Workplace.

We're looking for someone with:

  • 8+ years in corporate security, protective services, law enforcement, military, or a related field with increasing responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience running office-based physical security in a modern corporate environment; technology experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors and guard force operations with measurable outcomes across quality, consistency, service, and cost stewardship.
  • Strong incident leadership skills, calm judgment under pressure, and high discretion.
