What the team is looking for.
As a Recruiting Coordinator at Mistral AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition processes and ensuring a seamless, positive experience for candidates and hiring teams. Your work will directly contribute to building and scaling our recruitment operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing interview logistics across global teams and time zones, ensuring a smooth, professional experience for candidates and interviewers.
- Owning candidate experience initiatives, including feedback surveys, monthly reporting, and continuous process improvements.
- Overseeing job postings, ATS data quality, and pipeline organization, while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows.
- Assisting with LinkedIn campaigns, hiring announcements, and content creation to attract top talent.
- Tracking and supporting employee referral programs, ensuring timely follow-ups and recognition.
- Driving recruiting process improvements, documenting best practices, and contributing to tooling initiatives (e.g., ATS transitions, automation).
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You should have around 2–3 years' experience in recruitment operations, HR coordination, or project support with a passion for recruiting operations, candidate experience, and process optimization.
You will be responsible for shaping the foundation of our recruiting function and candidate experience from the ground up. This is an opportunity to transition into a full-time role with increasing responsibility and work alongside a mission-driven team in a collaborative, innovative environment.
