What the team is looking for.
We are seeking an Enterprise Deployment Lead to own the success of our most strategic customer deployments, from initial planning through organisation-wide rollout.
You will act as the quarterback across customer stakeholders and Cursor teams, driving alignment, execution, and decision-making. Your goal will be to turn ambiguity into clear plans, identify risks before they become problems, and keep complex programs moving forward.
As an Enterprise Deployment Lead, you will build trusted relationships with engineering leaders, executives, and technical teams at some of the world's most sophisticated companies. You will create the playbooks, processes, and operating model for how Cursor scales enterprise deployments.
You will also bring customer feedback directly into Product and Engineering, helping shape the future of Cursor.
Responsibilities:
- Own the success of strategic customer deployments
- Drive alignment, execution, and decision-making across customer stakeholders and Cursor teams
- Turn ambiguity into clear plans and identify risks
- Build trusted relationships with engineering leaders, executives, and technical teams
- Create playbooks, processes, and operating model for scaling enterprise deployments
- Bring customer feedback into Product and Engineering
Requirements:
- Experience leading large, cross-functional technical projects with significant stakeholder complexity
- Strong customer-facing skills and a track record of building trust with senior technical and business leaders
- Ability to understand technical systems and communicate effectively with engineers
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking ownership without waiting for direction
- Bias toward action and a willingness to dive in wherever needed to help customers succeed
- Experience with enterprise software deployments, technical consulting, solutions architecture, or program management
- Background working with developer tools, infrastructure, AI products, or technical platforms
- Experience partnering with large engineering organisations and executive stakeholders
- Previous experience at a high-growth startup
