Role description

What the team is looking for.

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our operations in Italy. As General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our country strategy, including sales, customer delivery, KPI setting, and hiring.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute our Country strategy, including sales, customer delivery, KPI setting, and hiring
  • Design the optimal pipeline to reach our ambitious sales targets in the B2B side
  • Hire the founding country team responsible for sales and implementations
  • Define event priorities and where to invest for brand awareness
  • Represent ElevenLabs in events and media appearances
  • Work with the partner ecosystem to generate new collaborations and sales opportunities
  • Ideate, own, and drive big bets in the country

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience leading teams and highly complex projects
  • Background in consulting and sales
  • Deep expertise in deploying technical products and/or solutions to enterprises
  • Owner mentality, hands-on, and self-starter
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams
  • Native speaker of the local language

This is a remote-first role, but we have a strong preference for a candidate based in Milan.
