GTM Chief of Staff

This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll be the operational backbone and strategic partner to the GM, helping drive revenue operations, keeping the team accountable to process, and making sure nothing slips as we scale fast across a complex, multi-market region. Partners directly with the GM on strategy, revenue operations, and regional planning Owns forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and capacity planning across the LATAM team Supports and aligns teams in complex deal execution Sits in on AE interviews and customer meetings, representing the GM when needed Manages complex calendars and coordination across multiple time zones Keeps the team aligned on company processes and following through on commitments Identifies and solves operational problems before they become bigger ones Uses AI tools to automate, streamline, and multiply your own impact Handles sensitive matters with discretion and acts as a trusted partner across the org
