What the team is looking for.
You will be responsible for providing end-user support and help desk services to employees across hardware, software, and account issues. This includes serving as the primary point of contact in the #it-help Slack channel, triaging and resolving employee requests in real time. You will also manage the full ticket lifecycle through the Console ticketing system and handle escalations and cross-functional requests with consistent follow-through.
In addition to help desk services, you will own the day-one onboarding experience for new hires, providing them with their laptop and attending onboarding sessions to ensure they are fully set up with their device and have access to all required first-day systems and tools. You will also provide hands-on hardware support, including monitor and laptop replacements, peripheral distribution, and macOS device troubleshooting. Furthermore, you will maintain audiovisual infrastructure across the office, including Zoom conference rooms, TVs, Logitech Tap systems, and Logitech Schedulers.
You will also be responsible for managing user access across multiple platforms via individual admin consoles and the Okta Admin Console. You will create and maintain Okta groups and group rules to automate provisioning, directly aligned with the role's identity, SSO, and MDM requirements. Additionally, you will administer Google Groups in Google Workspace Admin and manage Slack workspace settings and permissions.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have 3–5+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. You will also need to be a strong communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people solve problems. You should have solid experience supporting macOS endpoints and administering MDM tooling, as well as experience with Google Workspace administration, Slack administration, and Okta administration.
