What the team is looking for.
Cursor's go-to-market motion is scaling fast , we've grown our sales team more than 5x in a matter of months, and the systems that power that team need to scale with it. This role exists at the intersection of day-to-day support and long-term automation: you'll own the support queue for our Salesforce environment and surrounding sales tools, and you'll use that visibility to systematically eliminate the most common pain points through thoughtful system design, UX improvements, and agentic builds.
You'll serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce and sales systems support across a fast-growing sales organization. You'll triage, debug, and resolve issues across our Salesforce environment , including using debug logs to trace root causes quickly and accurately. You'll administer and support adjacent sales tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, e-signature and contract generation tools and others.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for Salesforce and sales systems support
- Triaging, debugging, and resolving issues across the Salesforce environment
- Administering and supporting adjacent sales tools
- Diagnosing and addressing underlying technical or UX root causes
- Tracking and identifying patterns in support volume and designing system automation and/or agentic workflows
- Building agentic automation with architectural rigor
- Documenting solutions and contributing to a growing knowledge base
To be a good fit for this role, you'll need:
- Strong Salesforce admin and engineering experience, including hands-on Apex and SOQL
- LWC experience (plus)
- Real Salesforce debugging experience
- Comfort owning frontline support directly
- Familiarity with the modern sales tech stack
- Demonstrated experience building agentic systems
- A self-starter orientation and a pattern-recognition mindset
