What the team is looking for.
ElevenLabs is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to work as part of a driven team to unlock the full potential of its voice AI platform for a growing customer base.
The successful candidate will be based in Chile and will work onsite.
As a Solutions Engineer, you'll work strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process, provide bespoke support to customers, craft compelling technical demonstrations, create technical enablement resources, build self-service tools and documentation, and identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience working with customers, and proficiency in Python. Excellent communication skills are also essential.
