Role description

What the team is looking for.

As a Partner Manager at Cursor, you will own and manage a portfolio of 3-5 strategic consulting and SI partners end-to-end. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing joint business plans, pipeline reviews, and escalations
  • Building strong working-level relationships with Practice Leads, Client Partners, and Principals
  • Driving co-sell execution and joint deal execution alongside Cursor's enterprise sales team
  • Operationalizing partner enablement through certification programs, training, and reference architectures
  • Converting pilots to production deployments in partnership with Field Engineering, APM/ADM, and account teams
  • Unblocking deployments by resolving delivery challenges, staffing gaps, and technical blockers
  • Tracking and driving adoption metrics to improve execution over time
  • Executing joint GTM initiatives such as co-branded content, research, case studies, and events

To be a good fit for this role, you should have experience in partnerships, alliances, or sales with top-tier SIs or consulting firms, and be able to turn partnerships into real revenue. You should also be comfortable operating at both executive and working levels within partner organizations, and have experience driving co-sell motions and navigating complex enterprise deals.
