What the team is looking for.

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Executive to drive growth across Italy's largest enterprises. The ideal candidate will have a well-established network and a proven track record of selling to C-level and senior decision-makers at major Italian organizations.

As a Strategic Account Executive, you will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, enabling clients to leverage ElevenLabs' industry-leading models and ElevenAgents to reimagine their customer experience, internal workflows, and monetization strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts across Italy
  • Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities can drive customer engagement and operational efficiency
  • Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and develop compelling business cases
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape
  • Demonstrate expertise in conversational AI and ElevenLabs' voice technology
  • Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence within key enterprise verticals
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, FDEs, and Solutions Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment of accounts
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, educating C-suite and senior operations leaders on emerging trends in generative AI

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology
  • Proven success closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles
  • Well-connected in the Italian enterprise landscape with an existing network of senior individuals
  • Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders
  • Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Italy
  • Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment
  • Passion for voice and audio AI and its transformative value for customers
  • Native or full professional proficiency in Italian; strong English for internal collaboration
