What the team is looking for.

Anthropic is seeking a Global Head of Sales & Partner Enablement to build a world-class go-to-market organisation and partner ecosystem. The successful candidate will architect a global enablement strategy spanning onboarding, continuous learning, sales methodology, product launch readiness, and partner certification.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global enablement strategy
  • Design and improve onboarding, ramp, and certification programs
  • Implement sales methodology and deal qualification frameworks
  • Build partner enablement programs and training
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams on launch enablement and content
  • Align regional enablement plans with GTM leadership
  • Scale enablement infrastructure and processes
  • Establish enablement performance metrics
  • Build and manage a high-performing global enablement team
  • Champion innovative AI-powered approaches to learning and coaching

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in sales enablement or revenue productivity roles
  • Proven track record of building enablement functions that improved ramp time, win rates, and field productivity
  • Experience enabling complex, technical products for enterprise sales motions
  • Experience building partner enablement and certification programs
  • Strong collaboration and analytical skills
  • Technical fluency to understand and represent AI/ML products

The annual compensation range for this role is $540,000-$585,000 USD.
