What the team is looking for.
We are seeking a Head of Consolidations & Intercompany to own and expand the consolidation program and the group-level intercompany framework. This is a builder's role that requires personal, end-to-end ownership of a multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation close in a system of record, at real entity scale. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience building a repeatable intercompany framework from scratch and have a track record of building structure where none existed.
Key responsibilities include owning the consolidation program, expanding the intercompany framework, scaling allocations framework, advising and consulting on corporate structure, streamlining intercompany operations, partnering with tax and treasury, and setting the vision and building the team.
The annual compensation range for this role is $300,000-$360,000 USD.
