Help Engineering Teams Adopt AI-Native Development
- Roll out Cursor across strategic engineering organisations
- Configure environments, design workflows, and run enablement sessions
- Integrate Cursor into real production workflows
- Drive fast time-to-value and durable adoption
- Identify and solve workflow friction
Expand Cursor Across the Organisation
- Identify areas for Cursor expansion
- Evolve organisations from isolated usage to company-wide adoption
- Design rollout strategies for new workflows and teams
- Operationalise AI-assisted development at scale
- Collaborate with Account Executives during major expansions
Become a Trusted Technical Partner
- Build deep relationships with developers, platform teams, and executives
- Lead architecture reviews and strategic planning discussions
- Advise on developer productivity, workflow design, and AI adoption
- Coordinate across teams to unblock customer progress
- Navigate organisational change with AI-native development
Drive Real Customer Outcomes
- Translate adoption into measurable engineering impact
- Connect Cursor usage to outcomes like faster iteration cycles and improved productivity
- Help customers communicate Cursor's value internally
- Turn successful deployments into repeatable workflow patterns

- Monitor competitive risk and standardise on Cursor

You'll be a fit if
- You have a strong technical background in software engineering, infrastructure, or developer tooling
- You have experience in customer-facing technical roles like Solution Architect or Technical Account Manager
- You can work hands-on with engineering teams and operate strategically with technical leadership
- You understand developer workflows, SDLC tooling, and enterprise engineering environments
- You have excellent communication skills and strong instincts around workflow design and adoption strategy
