We are seeking a Commercial Counsel, EMEA to join our rapidly growing team. As a key member of our EMEA legal team, you will play a critical role in shaping the commercial strategy for our business in the region. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement commercial agreements, negotiate contracts, and provide strategic advice on business development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies for the EMEA region, in collaboration with our leadership team
- Negotiate and draft commercial agreements, including contracts, agreements, and other documents
- Provide strategic advice on business development opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and other initiatives
- Work closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure that commercial considerations are integrated into product development
- Collaborate with our finance team to ensure that commercial agreements are aligned with financial goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial law, preferably in a technology or software company
- Strong understanding of commercial law and contract negotiation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
