As an Operations Program Manager at Scale AI, you will design and execute solutions, tools, and processes that power high-quality training data at scale for advanced robotics systems.
You will be part of a highly motivated team of operators and collaborators who ensure steady delivery and customer satisfaction. Your contributions will be key to solving strategic questions and hands-on operational challenges.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving critical operational processes
- Improving existing processes and tools globally
- Collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes for new and existing customers
- Creating an effective feedback loop between the frontline, product, strategy, and customers
- Building, maintaining, and regularly communicating detailed reporting for other leaders across the company
Ideally, you would have industry experience in supply chain, finance planning, or in a top-tier consulting firm, along with an undergraduate degree from a top university in an analytics-heavy major or a graduate degree from a top university in engineering, economics, or business.
Nice to have experience with reading SQL and/or another database language, and experience with Python and/or Mode Notepad scripting.
