As an early member of our South Korea Revenue Strategy & Operations team, you'll play a hands-on role supporting revenue growth across key market segments by partnering with sales leadership to execute region-specific strategies.
You'll work closely with S&O counterparts across Japan, India, Singapore, Australia, and the wider APJ region, learning from and contributing to how we operate across the region.
Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Operations:
- Support the Go-to-Market planning process for South Korea, including quarterly and annual cycles, and help prepare inputs for target setting with Finance.
- Assist in territory and account segmentation, keeping assignments accurate and up to date as the business evolves.
- Build and maintain reporting on region-specific sales metrics, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
- Pull together market and competitive data to support regional expansion priorities.
- Support partner and alliance execution, including co-sell tracking, partner pipeline hygiene, and joint planning logistics.
Analysis & Insights:
- Dig into sales data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into clear recommendations for sales leadership.
- Build dashboards and recurring reports that give the team visibility into what's working and what isn't.
- Prepare materials for business reviews, QBRs, and leadership updates , pulling the data, building the slides, and helping shape the narrative.
Operations & Systems:
- Execute day-to-day operational processes including account transitions, CRM updates, opportunity hygiene, and data management.
- Help maintain and improve our Salesforce setup, reports, and dashboards for the South Korea team.
- Troubleshoot issues for sales reps and leaders, and partner with global RevOps to implement improvements.
- Support adoption of sales tools and enablement resources across the South Korea team.
Required qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in revenue operations, sales strategy, business operations, or a related analytical role in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills, with the ability to turn raw data into clear insights
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (reports, dashboards, data management) and comfort working in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
- Strong attention to detail and a bias toward action , you like getting into the weeds and shipping work
- Good cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to partner with sales reps, managers, and adjacent teams
- Based in South Korea with working proficiency in English
Preferred qualifications:
- Exposure to territory design, quota setting, or sales compensation work
- Experience supporting GTM planning cycles or building executive-level reporting
- Familiarity with the broader APJ region and curiosity about how different markets operate
- Experience in a high-growth B2B software environment
- Background in consulting, finance, or business operations
