We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Web Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for re-imagining [replit.com](http://replit.com/) to make it a best-in-class experience. This includes building and optimizing our website for both our PLG and SLG motion.
Your primary focus will be to own the entire website journey, from initial engagement through to new customer acquisition, achieving ambitious lead and customer growth goals, and driving conversion growth targets. You will own the marketing strategy, roadmap, and performance of [replit.com](http://replit.com/) to drive more website visits & signups.
You will work with a cross-functional team encompassing Brand, Design, Product, Web Engineering, Marketing & our Web Agency. Your mandate is to transform our web properties into high-performing growth engines that drive acquisition, cross-sell, and revenue, while upholding the highest standards for performance, accessibility, governance, and brand. To achieve this, you will develop and execute a strategic roadmap, ensuring all web activities contribute to making our websites high-performing marketing vehicles for brand awareness and demand generation.
As a key cross-functional partner, you will influence teams across Product Management, Engineering, Design, Data and Marketing. You will also be responsible for evaluating and effectively prioritizing web requirements from cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.
In addition, you will manage budgets, Statements of Work (SOWs), and performance for agencies and tooling. You will evaluate and implement new vendors as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record owning large-scale web properties and CMS platforms with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue. They will have a strong command of Core Web Vitals, performance optimization, caching strategies, and modern front-end practices.
The salary for this role ranges from $158K – $245K.
