Replit is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager with strong communication skills to drive retention, expansion, and customer success. The successful candidate will serve as the primary relationship owner for their assigned customer portfolio, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. They will champion customer success by helping businesses realise the transformative potential of AI-powered software creation and lead onboarding programs that accelerate customer time-to-value and platform adoption.
The Enterprise Account Manager will guide customers through Replit's rapidly evolving feature set, including Agent 3's autonomous capabilities, Plan Mode, and automation tools. They will execute renewal processes with a focus on expansion and long-term partnership development, maintain accurate customer health scores and renewal forecasting data in Replit's CRM (Hubspot), and gather and communicate valuable customer feedback, championing their interests within Replit.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or technical sales role, preferably in SaaS or developer tools. They will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and expansion revenue targets.
