We're seeking a first-class Contract Manager to support the ElevenLabs Legal team on a range of commercial contracting matters, with occasional involvement in corporate, compliance, litigation and other operational legal work.
As a Contract Manager, you will negotiate, review, manage, and track customer and vendor agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, amendments). You will maintain contract records and reporting through our CLM systems and DocuSign.
Key responsibilities include:
Negotiating, reviewing, managing, and tracking customer and vendor agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, amendments) Maintaining contract records and reporting through our CLM systems and DocuSign Supporting contract negotiations and assisting with template/playbook updates Coordinating with cross-functional teams during contract review, acting as a key contact for the legal department by providing guidance on commonly requested edits, non-standard terms, policies, questions, etc. Acting as one of the key touch points for commercial agreements, order forms, amendments for a growing commercial legal team Supporting the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing use of new tools and products Assisting, on an as-needed basis, with corporate and IP filings, including maintaining records for U.S. and international subsidiaries (such as board minutes, resolutions, signatory updates) Participating in special projects including corporate diligence, litigation matters, and compliance rollouts
We're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. You should be comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams is essential.
Requirements include:
3+ years of experience as a contract manager or paralegal (in-house experience at a tech or SaaS company preferred) Experience supporting GTM/Sales organizations with complex legal requests Strong understanding of contract management and corporate governance Experience supporting international entities and global teams Familiarity with SaaS/AI contracting considerations is a plus Proficiency with CLM tools (Ironclad, Salesforce, Asana, DocuSign) or similar systems Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the USA. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in New York or San Francisco.
