The Administrative Business Partner will be a proactive and adaptable partner to executives, managing complex scheduling, coordinating projects, and optimizing workflows. This role requires independence, task-level ownership, and a deep understanding of OpenAI's mission to foster AGI that benefits humanity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong connections within Global Affairs and OpenAI for Government, and forging connective tissue between the two teams to help them operate together more seamlessly.
- Expertly managing the calendars, scheduling, and logistics of leaders in both organizations across classified and unclassified engagements.
- Excel in sharing information clearly and efficiently, adapting communication styles for different audiences.
- Operate with discretion and independence, proactively optimizing processes and flagging risks.
- Serve as an execution lead for major OpenAI for Government and Global Affairs events, government workshops, sponsorships, training, and customer meetings.
- Serve as a strategic operations partner to the National Security team, helping run the team's operating cadence across planning cycles, leadership priorities, travel rhythms, and internal communications.
- Work closely with OpenAI for Government's chief of staff to build and scale the team's strategic processes and operating systems.
This role is based in Washington, DC and requires in-person attendance at our DC office, The Workshop, at least four days per week. We offer relocation assistance for new employees.
