Compensation
The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. If the role is non-exempt, overtime pay will be provided consistent with applicable laws. In addition to the salary range listed above, total compensation also includes generous equity, performance-related bonus(es) for eligible employees, and the following benefits.

Within RecOps, the Systems & Enablement function owns the recruiting technology ecosystem,ensuring our ATS, offer workflows, and connected tools are reliable, well-governed, and user-centric.
About the Role
We are seeking a Systems & Enablement Lead, Recruiting Operations who will own high-impact operational support across recruiting workflows. This person will own intake, triage, enablement, service health, and day-to-day support across recruiter and coordinator workflows, while partnering closely with People Systems on issues that require system configuration, controls, or integration changes.
This is an operations role focused on making recruiting workflows usable, well-supported, and scalable. You will help ensure support requests are routed well, documentation stays current, approvals move cleanly, recurring issues are surfaced early, and operational pain points turn into durable improvements.
Responsibilities
- Owning recruiter facing intake and triage for operational support requests across recruiting workflows.
- Designing and running support mechanisms such as queues, channel triage, SLA management, escalation paths, and service health reviews.
- Owning enablement for operational workflow changes, including documentation, training, office hours, and change communication.
- Supporting offer approval and other sensitive recruiting workflows through clear coordination, followthrough, and exception handling.
- Identifying recurring support themes and driving fixes through process changes, documentation improvements, automation, or handoff to People Systems.
- Defining what RecOps should solve directly versus what should be escalated to People Systems for configuration, controls, or integration work.
- Partnering closely with recruiters, coordinators, People Systems, and cross functional stakeholders to improve workflow usability and reliability.
- Using data and operational signals to monitor service health, prioritize improvements, and reduce repeat work.
- Evaluating practical AI and automation opportunities that improve support quality, speed, and consistency without weakening controls.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR systems, people technology, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience administering an ATS (Ashby strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, offers, and hiring data.
- Ability to balance detailed systems work with user support and enablement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills.
- Comfort working in fast-moving, evolving environments.
- Highly detail-oriented, with strong operational discipline and a commitment to accuracy and consistency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting global or multi-entity hiring.
- Familiarity with compliance-sensitive or highly regulated workflows.
- Experience creating training and documentation for operational teams. Experience working with analytics or downstream HR systems.
Workplace & Location
This role is based in our San Francisco office and we aren’t considering remote applications at this time. We offer relocation support to new employees, and we use a hybrid work model: three days in the office per week with optional work from home on Thursdays and Fridays.
