We're seeking a data-driven and customer-centric Strategic Supply Chain Manager to drive the growth of our Branded Gift Cards category in Europe.
With over 200 global brands across six European countries, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of digital gifting.
As a Strategic Supply Chain Manager, you will work closely with internal and external partners, using commercial acumen and problem-solving skills to influence leadership decision-making and define a best-in-class supply chain strategy.
Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, supply chain strategy, process improvement, business reporting, and customer experience.
The Branded Gift Cards team is a key pillar within our Gift Cards division, operating as part of the EU Payment Products organization.
Our team brings together expertise across business development, category management, and promotional strategy, working closely with various teams globally to deliver exceptional customer experiences across Europe.
About the role:
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to align on business priorities, define shared opportunities, drive timely decisions, and establish effective communication channels.
- Leverage data to optimize supply chain strategy,balancing revenue growth, profitability, and customer experience.
- Lead process improvement initiatives supporting long-term business growth, including demand planning, product availability, and incident response.
- Monitor and own product availability KPIs including in-stock rate, inventory coverage, and fulfillment costs, presenting insights and trends to European and Global Gift Cards leadership.
- Partner with Global Gift Cards Product, Tech, and Catalog teams to troubleshoot issues and support successful rollout of new product features across European markets.
Basic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, experience in project/program management, supply chain, and/or inventory management, and experience analyzing metrics to drive business improvements.
Preferred qualifications include experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives, experience with financial services, payments or e-commerce, and experience working with and managing third-party vendors.
