We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale testing and mass production of autonomous driving features. The role focuses on L2P/L2PP/Parking for Japan and South Korea, with additional support for EU projects. You will drive autonomous driving software development, testing, and launch by collaborating with engineering, OEM, and quality teams to improve performance and production readiness.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale testing and mass production of L2P/L2PP/Parking functions in JP/SK and EU. Manage test schedules, oversee execution, and align with mass-production milestones. Analyse test data, conduct issue triage and root-cause analysis, and determine software release readiness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve key issues and optimise test processes. Track quality metrics, risks, and project progress to ensure on-time delivery of AD software. Develop integrated test and launch plans and deliver clear progress reports. Lead and mentor the test team to build capabilities in large-scale testing and project delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/IT/ECE/EEE or related field. 5+ years of experience in automotive engineering, AD/ADAS test management, or test tool development. Proven experience in autonomous driving mass production. Hands-on experience launching L2P/L2PP/Parking or ADAS functions; JP/SK OEM experience preferred. Familiarity with test data analysis tools such as SQL and Tableau. Understanding of OEM development processes and quality standards. Strong program management, cross-team communication, and stakeholder influence skills. Extensive in-vehicle test experience and valid driver's license. Proficiency in agile tools including JIRA, DOORS, Jama.
