Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative at Synthesia, you will play a key role in qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and scheduling product demos or meetings with Account Executives. You will also identify and research potential target accounts, reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, and create and execute outbound prospecting campaigns.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a background in sales/recruitment or a keen interest in B2B software/SaaS solutions/consulting/web3/other-tech-stuff. You will also need to have interpersonal and presentation skills, attention to detail, and outstanding communication skills, including phone skills, listening skills, and writing skills.

You will be self-driven with the desire to help Synthesia grow, and you will have the support and autonomy to create scalable processes for success. You will also be ambitious and self-motivated with comfort in a quota-carrying environment.
