We are searching for an outstanding computer vision and deep learning researcher to join our dynamic vision and learning research team. You will research, design and implement novel techniques for 3D computer vision, including pose estimation and localization. Your work will involve publishing original research, mentoring PhD students and interns, collaborating with other teams and uncovering research needs within NVIDIA, and collaborating with external researchers.
To be successful in this role, you must hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science/Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. You should have excellent knowledge of theory and practice of computer vision methods, as well as deep learning. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and parallel programming (e.g., CUDA) is required. Familiarity with common machine learning frameworks, such as PyTorch, is also necessary. You should have an outstanding research track record, with publications in top venues such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICML, and ICLR. Excellent communications skills and good knowledge of version control systems, such as git, are also essential.
