You will be part of a highly respected software engineering team focused on solving complex problems in worldwide transportation using workflows, optimisation algorithms, and machine learning systems. We handle millions of packages being shipped through the Amazon logistics network.
As a Software Development Engineer, you will work with senior SDEs and principals to solve problems of scale, improve existing services & build new ones, and work on deep and complex algorithms to improve the experience of our customers globally while optimising network operations.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience, 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience, and experience programming with at least one software programming language.
In addition, we prefer candidates with 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience, and a Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
