GTM Strategy & Operations, Strategic Programs lead
About the Role
You will operate across strategy and execution, partnering with GTM leadership and cross-functional teams to shape, plan, and deliver strategic programs that matter to the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-priority GTM initiatives including product launches, sales plays, and customer programs
- Build execution plans, manage risks, and drive cross-functional alignment from strategy through delivery
- Develop data-driven recommendations to improve pipeline, conversion, and productivity
- Support planning cycles and help prioritize initiatives aligned to company goals
- Establish operating cadences, executive reporting, decision forums, and standardized program communications
- Create repeatable processes to launch, measure, and improve cross-functional programs at scale
Requirements
- 8+ years in GTM strategy, operations, program management, consulting, or related fields
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate through ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive outcomes with high ownership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-growth SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology companies
- Background building operating models, launch processes, or executive reporting systems
- Familiarity with enterprise GTM motions, customer launches, or product-led growth
- Consulting, chief-of-staff, or business operations experience is a plus
