We are looking for an experienced General Manager who has successfully built and led sales and technical teams. The GM will be responsible for the overall country strategy and deliverables, in line with the company priorities. The ideal candidate will be an execution-focused operator who can propel ElevenLabs in the country.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing the Country strategy, designing the optimal pipeline to reach ambitious sales targets, hiring the founding country team, defining event priorities, representing ElevenLabs in events and media appearances, and working with the partner ecosystem to generate new collaborations and sales opportunities.
Requirements include 15+ years of experience leading teams and highly complex projects, background in consulting and sales, deep expertise in deploying technical products and/or solutions to enterprises, owner mentality, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
The role is remote-first, and the ability to travel to be on-site with clients is required. The ideal candidate will be a native speaker of the local language and have a strong understanding of the local market.
