As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work with a driven and creative team to deploy our voice AI technology against the most challenging problems our customers face. Your mission is to synthesise disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the most important problem is, what the data means, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be.
Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting with strategic customers to understand their critical audio and voice AI needs and locating their biggest pain points.
- Identifying relevant use cases through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows, and working with Engineers to implement our voice and audio AI technology into innovative solutions.
- Designing and architecting bespoke integrations for customers, ensuring our technology fits seamlessly into their products and operations.
- Guiding customers on best practices for implementing our voice and audio AI models to maximise their effectiveness.
- Presenting the results of our work and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.
Requirements include:
- Experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
- Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proven track record of taking ownership of complex projects and delivering results.
- Adaptability to work across different customer environments and technical use cases.
- Technical aptitude to quickly understand our voice and audio AI models and their applications.
