We're looking for a Business Operations & Strategy Associate to support critical initiatives across our Global Public Sector (GPS) product, engineering, sales, marketing, and core operations. This role is ideal for a highly analytical generalist who thrives in ambiguity and can move fluidly between strategic problem-solving and day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include driving the team's core operating cadence and strategic planning moments, partnering with functional leads to track and pressure-test OKRs and key metrics, and collaborating with Sales Operations on forecasting and pipeline reviews.
The ideal candidate will have a penchant for digging deeply into data, thinking from first principles, and iterating quickly to deliver results. They should have a strong orientation toward outcomes, low ego, and highly collaborative interpersonal style.
Experience in product or project management, taking projects from conception to launch, is also preferred. Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills are essential.
Nice to haves include experience at a top-tier consulting firm, exposure to tech, product, or operational roles in a high-growth environment, and an MBA.
