We're looking for exceptional engineers to join us on a new project integrating Grok into our Ads Platform. This role involves leveraging the latest Grok models to power all stages of our advertising stack, from candidate selection to ranking, auction, campaign optimisation, creative generation, and advertiser experience.
As a member of our team, you will own and operate systems and products, driving the majority of revenue. You will work on large-scale, high-throughput AI-powered advertising products and bring xAI's technology stack to our Ads Platform.
Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of industry experience working on large-scale, high-throughput AI-powered advertising products
Compensation and Benefits:
- $180,000 – $440,000 USD
