We're looking for an experienced technical recruiter who'll be responsible for driving full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized technical roles. This role partners closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and cross-functional partners to deliver on Meta’s hiring goals, focusing on quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.
What you'll do
This role will lead full-cycle recruiting, talent research, and market intelligence. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand and fulfill their hiring needs and goals.
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple, complex searches, designing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for each role
- Talent Research & Market Intelligence: Partner with recruiting team members to advance our talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis capabilities, continuously refining our research strategy
What you need
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience recruiting for highly technical roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Demonstrated success managing complex searches and delivering against aggressive hiring targets
