Opening. The Global Engineering Services – Sustainability and Automation (GESA) Team is seeking a dynamic development Technical Program Manager for Amazon's growing fleet of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) and related technologies for the world-wide Fulfillment Center network.
What you'll do
This candidate will be supporting and leading projects for the Customer Fulfillment Organization and should be willing to dive in head-first, and help a high-performing team manage complex dependencies, project timelines, and technical specifications.
- Technical Standards Management: Understand, educate, and enforce technical standards and specifications for AGV systems with internal and external development partners
- Implementation Planning: Manage AGV implementation plans and partner with FC resources and robotics vendors to deploy autonomous vehicle technologies in Amazon Fulfillment centers
What you need
- 4+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
