The Sales Strategic Planning & Operations group is looking for an experienced business leader to help drive organisational planning, strategic initiatives, and overall operational improvements for Enterprise GTM efforts at Meta. This leader will shape our cross-channel sales strategy for enterprise solutions, such as Business Messaging and Business AI.
What you'll do
Lead and improve planning process, including but not limited to goal-setting, project prioritisation, headcount planning, etc.
What you need
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning and/or business operations in the technology industry, messaging space, enterprise SaaS / cloud, or relevant industry
