We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales leader to own our enterprise go-to-market strategy and execution. You'll lead all aspects of the enterprise sales motion — from driving revenue growth and building a high-performing team, to representing ElevenLabs with customers and partners at the highest levels.
What you'll do
- Own the enterprise sales function: strategy, pipeline, forecast, process, and execution
- Define enterprise ICP, sales methodology, and scalable GTM motion
What you need
- Proven experience leading enterprise sales in a high-growth, product-led tech company (AI/ML experience strongly preferred)
- Track record of building and scaling sales teams from the ground up
