The Robotics Quality Lead Associate holds primary accountability for collection performance assigned to a shift. This role ensures that data collector training is being implemented across all collection efforts happening in the lab.
You will provide tactical direction across all collection roles on the shift, serve as the guardian of the workplace experience, and identify the demands and requirements of the shift staff.
Key responsibilities include maintaining full accountability for shift-level performance in Quality, ensuring data collection is staged for success with minimal Collector overhead, and serving as the primary escalation point for any operational disruptions.
Additionally, you will become an expert in understanding customer needs and the operational implementation required to deliver them, ensure Collection team is meeting these expectations, and execute analysis of quality, diversity, and distribution data.
Ideal candidates will have experience in high-volume manufacturing, automated logistics, or technical operations, analytical expertise, methodological rigor, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
