As the Lead, you will operate our core reward heartbeat activities and oversee critical processes that ensure we attract and motivate the world’s best talent.
What you'll do
Your primary focus is to deliver scalable/lasting, efficient, and error-free operational, programmatic, and technical solutions/services that enable and uphold GDMs competitive compensation strategies. Specifically, you’ll drive forward Reward’s reporting/data/insight capabilities that enable the broader team and organization to make effective and strategic reward decisions.
What you need
