What you'll do
We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and contribute to key research projects within our Responsibility portfolio. You will be responsible for setting the technical vision, steering execution, and ensuring the delivery of scalable ML systems that advance frontier AI safety.
What you need
- 7+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, with at least 3 years of experience managing engineering or research teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
