We are seeking a Principal PM Manager to manage a team of model specialists who will design, evaluate, and improve how AI systems interact with tools, APIs, and users across multiple locales. In this role, you will work at the intersection of prompt engineering, policy design, and safety, ensuring that AI-driven workflows are accurate, compliant, and user-friendly. You will use experience and solid critical reasoning to review, refine, and design prompts, evaluation frameworks and guidelines for AI systems. This role also requires solid communication skills and awareness of safety and content quality, especially across a wide range of languages and locales. You will collaboratively work with data scientists, AI researchers, engineers, designers, and product managers to discover issues, define policy, write guidelines, evaluate language, collect data and ultimately improve the models that power quality and safety efforts for Microsoft AI Monetization.
