In this role, you will be working to support Meta's Music Business Development activity, including strategic planning, execution of licensing arrangements, and partner management across the full suite of Meta's family of apps.
What you'll do
Support Meta's Music strategy and Business Development activity within APAC, primarily across record label partners, however also in respect of music publishing.

Engage in strategic planning, business modelling, and operational support for Meta's Music activities.

Negotiate and enter into licensing arrangements with Music and Content partners in the APAC region.

Increase the impact of Music across Meta's family of apps, in partnership with Meta's cross-functional Content and Partnerships teams (among others).
What you need

8+ years of relevant work experience in business development, commercial negotiations, and partnerships, preferably within the Music, Content, or digital media industries.

Demonstrated experience negotiating and closing multi-year, high value complex deals.

Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with proven track record to adapt to varied audiences and different perspectives (ideally across multi-Territory remits).
