Meta's Reality Labs Entertainment team is seeking an accomplished and technically adept Head of Production to lead the creation, execution, and delivery of world-class immersive video content across multiple verticals, including Film/TV, live sports and music.
What you'll do
Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of producers, production and post-production staff, and technical leads, fostering a standard of creative quality, innovation, and operational rigor.
- Champion best practices in both traditional and immersive video production, including stereoscopic 3D, live services, and interactive formats.
What you need

12+ years of experience in content production, with a significant portion in a leadership role managing complex, multi-format content slates (including film/TV and live event production).

Technical proficiency in production, including experience with stereoscopic 3D, immersive 180, and/or interactive content.
