What you'll do
You'll manage the VP's complex schedule, build strong relationships, anticipate needs, and ensure seamless execution of key tasks.
- Strategically manage a complex and constantly evolving schedule of meetings and events, seamlessly coordinating across numerous time zones and a variety of stakeholders.
- Gather and synthesise information, proactively connect the dots, and serve as the Leaders' eyes and ears on the ground to ensure informed decision-making.

- You are highly organised with a proven track record in juggling multiple tasks, prioritising effectively and with impeccable attention to detail.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and you anticipate problems with care. By being proactive, exercising good judgement and discretion, you are able to determine appropriate next steps and problem solve.
