We are seeking a highly accomplished Engineering Director with extensive technical knowledge to join the AI Solutions and Automation (ASA) Product Acceleration organization. This leader will drive the development and seamless integration of cutting-edge, high-performance, and cost-effective AI solutions—particularly those based on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI frameworks—to expand AI applications and drive significant business impact across Meta.
What you'll do
You will function as a hands-on Tech Lead and organizational leader, responsible for setting the technical vision and executing on Meta's "super-linear AI automation strategy." This role requires a solid technical foundation in state-of-the-art (SoTA) ML/AI, a proven track record of structuring healthy, high-impact engineering organizations, and the ability to influence technical decision-making and drive execution across multiple disciplines.
