As a Director, Technical Accounting – M&A and Investments, you will lead the technical accounting aspects of mergers and acquisitions and investments, ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical accounting aspects of M&A and investment transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring, and post-closing accounting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and business development to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting
- Develop and maintain technical accounting policies and procedures related to M&A and investments
- Analyse complex financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
