The EMEA Crisis Management Lead is a key member of Meta's Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) team, responsible for leading crisis management and response activities across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. This role ensures Meta's business operations are prepared for, can respond to, and recover from disruptive events, safeguarding people, operations, business, and reputation.
What you'll do
Develop, implement, and maintain crisis management plans and playbooks tailored to EMEA risks and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain Crisis Management Team rosters, accommodating organisational changes, role transitions, and evolving needs.
What you need
- 5+ years of experience in crisis management, business resilience, or emergency response, preferably in a multinational environment.
