About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our WW Customer Partner Trust (CPT) and Analytics team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the analysis of complex business problems and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. You will design and implement scalable analytical frameworks and reporting solutions, influence business strategy by translating data into actionable insights, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis of complex business problems and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
- Design and implement scalable analytical frameworks and reporting solutions
- Influence business strategy by translating data into actionable insights and presenting recommendations to senior leadership
- Mentor and raise the technical bar of the globally distributed analytics team
- Drive cross-functional alignment by partnering with product, engineering, and science teams
- Provide deep data wrangling expertise and architect solutions for synthesizing very large, complex datasets
Requirements
- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
- 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with SQL
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in business or analytical discipline
- 5+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience
